What kinds of projects can I model?
Renovations, knock-down-rebuilds and subdivisions on any property you track, using your own cost and end-value figures.
Does it tell me whether to go ahead?
No. It shows the projected outcome of the numbers you entered, including how it compares with holding the property as-is. It is factual modelling, not advice, and it is only as good as the figures you put in.

Compound allows me track bank accounts, shares and property all in the one app. I can view the year I become financially independent but also use their calculators and budgeting tools to run scenarios and watch how that freedom year is impacted. One of my favourite features is that my wifes account and my account can be linked so our financial goals are visualised and aligned.
